Patrick is originally from the upstate of South Carolina. He has been in WNC area for the past 5 years, and loves everything Asheville!
Patrick has been practicing residential real estate since 2006. He enjoys very much helping clients find existing resell dream homes. If they don't find an existing home, he has extensive experience locating and understanding buildable lots for clients to build their dream homes. Patrick’s success is due to his excellent customer service, genuineness, ability to listen and act on your needs, pride in follow through, and a laser focus with strong attention to details.
When Patrick isn't busy assisting clients, you can find him playing golf, hiking around the Blue Ridge Parkway, chasing trains, or spending time with friends and family. He is an avid painter and enjoys painting abstract art with acrylic and oil. Patrick also works at a local winery and he is very enthusiastic about everything wine.
